My journey into Reiki began at a time when I was seeking deeper healing and personal growth. I first shared my experience in a Facebook post, where I opened up about the inner child wounds I was carrying and how I found healing through energy work. It was through these personal breakthroughs that I realized my calling to become a Reiki practitioner—to help others on their path to self-discovery and healing.
Reiki became especially meaningful during my pregnancy. The practice not only helped me navigate the physical changes but also provided emotional grounding. It was a way to connect with myself and my baby on a deeper level, allowing me to feel calm and empowered as I prepared for motherhood.
After giving birth, I felt a strong calling to deepen my healing journey and completed my Reiki Level 1 certification. Reiki became a grounding force, helping me navigate the chaos of sleepless nights while continuing to physically heal my body. The experience inspired me to share this powerful practice with others, supporting them in finding balance and peace in their own lives. As a life coach specializing in abundance and purpose, Reiki complements my work, helping clients clear energy blockages as they pursue their personal growth.
My mission is to help others reconnect with themselves on a deeper level—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—so they can live in alignment with their true purpose. Through Reiki and life coaching, I guide clients toward healing, balance, and abundance, empowering them to move through life with clarity and confidence.
